Season 2010
Time to dust off the racquet and get into the twilight season for 2010. We have had a strong roll up for the winter season and now is the time to get your club membership and entry form completed for the coming summer series. You may also have a friend who is interested in playing this year.
Club & Twilighters fees for 2010
The Twilighters have exclusive use of the courts for Wednesday nights during the peak playing season. Club membership fees are very reasonable for the calibre of facilities provided and are essential for the financial viability of the club. You need to be a club member to play Twilight tennis and club fees are due on Jan 1st
If you have let your membership lapse or have not yet joined the club, why not do it now.
Twilighter fees are $80 and club annual fees are $85 Total of $165. (for 12 months now from Jan 1st to Dec 31st, 2010)
So, what's included in the Twilighters fee ?
($80 members, $165 new/lapsed members)
· Cost of balls and lighting for the entire season
· Heavily subsidised amenities, mid season trips, gala grand final dinner
· A chance to release a full week of pent up aggression
· The unique adrenalin rush caused by beating the crap out of the other team
· Complimentary bbq. Free again this year.
Entry Forms
The Club and Twilighters entry forms are now combined and a copy is included. We would prefer to know a bit earlier if you intend to play Twilighters so why not fill out your membership form and pay up in advance.
This year, Richard Gackenheimer is club treasurer and membership organiser for POTC and he would prefer you complete the form in legible english, making sure your contact details are correct, especially email addresses. The form can be also be downloaded. We do not have the facility to pay over the internet so we need the completed hard copy with your payment.
You can post it to Park Orchards Tennis Club PO Box 71 Park Orchards Vic 3114
Alternatively, drop it in to Tom Hoskins at the post office.

Wednesday evenings 11 round playing season begins -
Feb 3rd to Apr 28th 6.30-9.30pm competition
9.30 to 11.00pm social hit
Wednesday Mar 31st to Apr 7th School Holiday Break.
Twilighter soical tennis continues.
Wednesday May 5th Grand final and trophy presentation gala dinner
Fri June 4th - Sun June 6th - End of Season Trip to Rich River
